Our travel products have different cancellation policy, however most products sold through journey-masters.com are non refundable.
In certain situations , the airlines may provide you with a future credit, that can be used upto 365 days from the date of cancellation , however at the time of reusing this credit , you will be charge a rebooking fees , that could be upto $300.00 USD.
All Travel products can be however cancelled without any penalty within 3 hours of your booking. After 3 hour we try to cancel order but most of time cancellation done with penalty. You would receive a full refund apart from the service fee, which can be $45- $70 USD.
Refunds can upto 60 to 90 days from the day we send you a confirmation receipt of your cancellation request. The confirmation email itself is not a guarantee of the refund however it is a notification in writing to confirm that the cancellation process has been initiated upon your request.
Date change: A date change normally incurs a penalty and a fare difference. The penalty to change the date would always be advised in writing at the time of booking however the fare difference can only be determined at the time of making the changes. cancellation or a refund.

What else do you need to know?

In case of partial cancellation, normal cancellation penalties will be charged
In case of date change in itinerary, zero cancellation offer will not be valid
Customer will be eligible for full refund only if he cancels the ticket 3 hours of your booking
Convenience/service fee will be charged as per the applicability
Penalty will be waived in case of FULL cancellations (cancellations of all flights and passengers booked in an itinerary)
